Dr. Rutkowski is a Medical Management Professional with more than twenty years of experience in operations, integrated medical management for Medicare and self-insured employers, hospital and managed care quality, and employee development.
Chris Galanos was Vice President Customer Solutions–Care Management for UMR, the third-party administrator (TPA) unit of UnitedHealthcare. He was responsible for the UMR portfolio of care management services.
Taylor Godbey's healthcare industry experience includes Business to Business consulting for self-insured employers, hospitals and healthcare systems on a national scale, including development of many of the applications that are used in the processes and systems at APH.
Mark McIntyre joined Advanced Plan for Health in September 2013 and assumed responsibility for all financial functions including accounting, audit, budget, credit, insurance, payroll, real estate, tax and treasury management.
Sue Mutto contributes to Advanced Plan for Health’s capabilities and expertise with a well-rounded background in clinical, quality, informatics, and health plan management. She holds a Master of Health Services Management from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri. She is a Registered Nurse (RN) awarded with a Paralegal Certificate from the American Institute of Paralegal Studies in Chicago, Illinois.
Edwin C. Matthews, M.D. is Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Matthews was the lead clinical investigator for the military for the "Persian Gulf War Syndrome" and has presentations, and published journal articles related to this topic.
