Tom Keenan is a founding partner, and President of Strategic Healthcare Initiatives, Inc. Mr. Keenan has had a diverse career in insurance, health care strategies and healthy lifestyle programs. In his careers as a consultant and health care executive, he has had the opportunity to work closely with insurance companies, children’s hospitals and health care organizations providing “start-up” operations for HMO's, PPO's, and other insurance companies. The focus on healthy kids programs lead to the development of NonStop™ , a behavior modification program promoting an active lifestyle for children, and NonStop Fuel a healthy vending company.
Mr. Keenan holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Indiana University.
Chris E. Rossman is a partner and health care lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. He has represented health care clients exclusively throughout his career and has experience in all areas of health care law, with a concentration of experience in the M&A, transactions, reimbursement and payment, and compliance areas.
John Wagner is co-founder and managing partner of Trinity Investment Group, LLC. Prior to forming Trinity, John was the CFO of a private equity owned healthcare IT company, Healthcare Payment Specialists. John was a partner with Walker Smith Capital, a long/short equity hedge fund, from 2003 to 2012 where he was responsible for investments within the healthcare industry. Prior to Walker Smith, John worked in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at UBS as an Associate and as an Analyst in the Corporate Finance Group at Bank of America. John graduated from the University of Texas with a BBA in Finance. John serves as a Member of the Board of Legacy Heart Care and is a member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas.
In 2013 Mr. Sted joined the board of APPMEDICINE, Inc. in Palo Alto, Sotera Wireless, Inc. in San Diego, Leap4Life Global, Inc. in Santa Ynez, and Advanced Plan for Health, LLC in Dallas. He is chairman of the audit committee of Sotera.
