Sue Mutto contributes to Advanced Plan for Health’s capabilities and expertise with a well-rounded background in clinical, quality, informatics, and health plan management. She holds a Master of Health Services Management from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri. Ms. Mutto is a Registered Nurse (RN) awarded with a Paralegal Certificate from the American Institute of Paralegal Studies in Chicago, Illinois. She was employed by a large-scale hospital system as the director of quality, safety, and hospital risk management at a time when it was awarded the first Hospital System National Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award.
Further qualifications and experience include:
Project management for surgical software implementation in a multi-hospital system
Assisted in the design, build and implementation of nationally recognized EHR vendor software (EPIC) for Mercy Health System
Involved in project management of EHR vendor selection, contracting, and project planning
Participated in the development and testing of an award winning population health reporting tool for physicians
Most recently, Sue collaborated with Mercy Health Care where she participated in analysis, the development of Quarterly Reporting Documents and was responsible for the coordination of HEDIS and Medicare Advantage CMS 5-Star program for the Southwest Missouri Region.
